Challenge
This was a companion piece to a monthly in-home catalog. It featured the newly released j-Query carousel and a video player for movie previews. 
Toward the end of a catalog production, AT&T was told by the USPS that they could receive a discount on postage if they included a QR code in the catalog. Production was stopped — over a million pieces had already been printed — and we had a week to deliver an enhanced experience. 
My team was asked what could be done with the QR code. We pitched the idea of launching a mobile web app experience that not only could feature the catalog content, but could also play video previews on the new "smart" phones.

The site was produced and the catalog production continued. AT&T received over $1million in postage rebates.
